Estol Verd Celler is located in the town of Rodonyà, in Alt Camp (Tarragona-Catalunya), in the manor house of Cal Joan Rosset. In the past, wines had already been made in the cellar that were intended for sale in bulk to large companies who then sold them in retail.

It is a small winery where we make wines from grapes from our estates. We harvest manually, always choosing the most favorable area and varieties for our wine, looking for the optimal harvest point to ensure the good quality of the wine. Once the grapes are in the cellar, we process them according to our criteria, either when putting them in barrels or when making the blends, which we choose by mutual agreement.

As for bottling and labeling, we do it almost manually.
