DISCOVER THE ORIGIN OF "CALÇOTADES" IN NULLES

The Origin of Calçotada activity is an approach to the essence of calçotada based on its two basic ingredients: wine and calçots.

Includes: Route through the Calçots vineyards and fields + Calçot bread or croissant from the Forn de Nulles + Guided tour Nulles Wine Cathedral + Tasting of 2 wines and 1 cava with aperitif km.0.

- 11:00 a.m. Welcome to the Adernats wine bar. Glass of cava and tasting of calçot bread or croissant.

- 11:15 a.m. With our own car, we travel to the nearest calçots fields (IGP Valls). Where we start a pleasant walk to discover the cultivation of this unique onion and the importance of the climate and the land in the calçot and the vineyard.

- 12:15 p.m. Back at the winery, we take a guided tour inside the Cathedral of Wine to discover its history and the process of making Adernats wines and cavas.

- 1:00 p.m. We finish with a tasting of 2 wines and 1 cava Adernats (must for children) accompanied by bread with oil and hazelnuts.

Audience: Minimum 6 adults. Maximum 25 per group.

Cancellation: 50% up to two days before, less than 48 hours the money will not be returned.
